To maintain your warranty coverage
Keep these requirements in mind to ensure your warranty remains valid.
Keep a copy of your original purchase invoice including retailer location and sale price.
Install carpet following CRI Installation Standard CRI-105 over an approved pad (minimum 6 lb density, 7/16" thick).
Have carpet professionally hot water extracted every 12–18 months by an IICRC certified firm.
Clean all stains and soiled areas promptly. Contact Gulistan within 30 days if stains persist after professional cleaning.
Warranty applies only to owner-occupied residential single-family indoor installations.
Keep all professional cleaning receipts as proof of maintenance.
How to file a claim
If your carpet does not perform as warranted, notify the retailer who sold you the carpet in writing. If you cannot reach your retailer, write to us directly.
